He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Peterman and Zella Peterman; his daughters, Leeann and Lori Peterman; his wife Ruth Peterman; and his siblings, Gernard Peterman (Mary Jane), Bob Peterman, Derward Peterman (Rhea), Brownie Thayer, Audrey St. Peters and Vernidean Henry (Red).
He is survived by: his daughter Cristie Hardy (Rick Newberg) of Greenville; his great grandchild Hallie Sage; and the mother of his children Marilyn Fox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
