She was predeceased by: her husband John Blake (Jack); and her son Robert (Bob). She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Blake Culton; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Blake (Kathy); her grandchildren, Robert "BJ" Blake (Amy), Sara Whipple (Bruce), Kathryn "Katie" Blake, Leonard Bognar and Michael Bognar; and also, Anita, Brenda and Katherine.
