He is survived by: his child Kelly Denise Heukels of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Shelby Leeann Stadt, Seth Michael Selby and Axel Harvey Leonard-Selby (Kirt); his sister Sandy Volmer of Grand Rapids; and his friend Cindy Crysler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
