He is survived by: his mother Susana Serrano Garcia of Mexico; his wife Celia; his children, Patricia Montero (JoseLuis) of Belding, Oscar Garcia (Lourdes) of Belding, Jose Garcia (Katie) of Grandville, Arturo Garcia of Comstock Park, Jorge Garcia (Elisa) of Middleville, Alejandro Garcia of Belding and Marissa Garcia of Belding; his grandchildren, Giselle, Cristian, Ximena, Jakob and Ezekiel; and his siblings, Emiterio Garcia (Francisca), Calletano Garcia (Magdalena) and Guadalupe Garcia.
