He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Joseph and Josie Mae Osborn (Strickland); and his sister Martha Pattison. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Horsley; his son David Carpentier of Cannonsburg; his siblings, Cathy Carpenter of Grand Rapids, John Osborn of Grand Rapids and Jeff Osborn (Pam) of Grand Rapids; and his pets, Louie and Ginger. He is also survived by several brothers- and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
