He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ray and Velma Louise Withers (Carter); his wife Carol J. Withers; his stepmother Ann Withers; and his brother Terry Withers.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Withers (Armando) of Jacksonville, Natasha Glover (Darryl) of Palm Coast and Marie King (Brian) of Olathe, Kansas; his grandchildren, Noah, Lukas, Ethan, Harrison, Mido, Derlande, Sienna, Sydney and Maddi; his siblings, Frances Thomas, Larry Withers (Rebecca), Rachel Mullaly, Michael Withers (Joy), Opal Luper (Billy) and Christina Molteni (Joey); his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Craig Campbell of Stanton, Judy Burkett of Florida, John, Angie Mosley of Saranac, David, Brenda Mosley of Greenville and Robert Mosley of Six Lakes; and his uncle Boomer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
