He was predeceased by: his father Arden Heyd; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Statler and Gary Statler. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Grigel; his wife Cathy Heyd; his siblings, Nancy Soltez (Jeff) and Jeffrey Heyd (Roxanne); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Wynsma, Gordon Wynsma and Ron Wynsma (Julie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
