He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. Noom and Rosalie O. Noom (Graves); his brother David; and his great grandchild Troy. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lynn Noom (Bennett); his children, Stacey Brown III (Dennis) and Tanya Rice (Andrew); his grandchildren, Tianna, Andrew, Jinyka Williams (Daniel), Stetson, Sladen, Harmony, Keagen, Ashten, Brailyn and Hayven; his great grandchildren, Trapper and Emberlii; and his siblings, Shelly Feuerstein, Pamela Jenne, Christina Zmudka, Gregory Noom and Jeffery Noom.
