He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Guy and Betty Jean Lance (Collier); his siblings, Donald Lance and Jean Lance; his granddaughter Adriana Koning; and his nephew Adam Cope.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda McFarland (Bill) of Kent City, Dennis Lance (Fawn) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Andrew Bennett (Leah) of Sheridan, Fay Renteria (Mario) of Belding, Chartrena Bernard (Troy) of Belding, Bernetta Heather (Dale) of Lakeview and Erica VanKampen (Lee) of Belding; his grandchildren, Kathrine, William, James, Tiffany, Charles Michael, Jeffrey, Gavin, Gage, Chloe, Jordan, Andy, Sarah, Trevor, Matthew, Felica, Whitney, Jared, Cierra, Hailey, Gracie, Miguel, Gabriella and Marco; and his siblings, Cheryl Curler (Joe) of Palo and Jim Lance Belding (Diana Bennett). He is also survived by great grand-children.
