She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Ehlert. She is survived by: her mother Lorna Ehlert (Heppe) of Belding; her children, Kamie Jakeway (Andy) of Greenville and Brian Lynn (Tara) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Francesca Hall (Nick), Bobby Jakeway, Carter, Madison Rayborn, Abby Jakeway, Zachary and Jenna Lynn; and her siblings, Cheryl Allen (Don) of Greenville and Dean Ehlert (Cheryl) of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Char's honor may be given to the Alvah N. Belding Memorial Library or the Ionia County Animal Shelter.
