She is survived by: her mother Arlene Ruth Calkins (Carl); her sons, Kyle Tate (Emilee Woodburn) and Devin Tate; her siblings, Monica Hale (Michael), Cheryl Handyside, Karla Dowell (Eddie), Karen Calkins, Ashley Maclam, William Maclam and Jamie Maclam; and her granddaughters, Kaleah Tate and Calli Tate. She is also survived by grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
