He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Hoag and Jessie Ann Hoag (Whitfield); his wife Joann Hoag of Beaverton; his son Alexander Hoag; his siblings, George Hoag (Michelle) of Winslow, Ark., Darlene Powell (James) of Beaverton and Stella Miller of Arkansas; and his stepsister Carrie Kasschub of Gaylord. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
