He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Burr and Marjorie McDonald; his children, Frank Ivan Burr, Rebecca Goedecke and Stephen Burr II; and his sister Sandy Duke.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Burr; his son Shawn Burr (Trina); his brother Denny Burr (Margie); his grandchildren, Andrew, Audi (Casey), Kenny, Kalob, Faith, Alyssa, Isaac and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, Auriana, Urijah, Adrian, Luna, Archie, Anya and Zayn.
