He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dodman and Edna Dodman (Schnaidt). He is survived by: his wife Paula Dodman; his sons, Richard Dodman, Jr. (Salena) of Sanford, Michigan and Michael Dodman (Melodie) of Beaverton, Michigan; and his siblings, Robert Dodman (Francis) of Jacksonville, Florida and Sharon Kachinski (Dennis) of Safety Harbor, Florida.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
