He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Short and Beatrice Short; his wife Joann; his brothers, Marcus and Edward; and his brother-in-law Tom Kish.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynda Short and Tina Crawley (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kevin, Jr. and Paula; his sisters, Carolyn Kish and Diana Wendling (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Ginny Short. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
