He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "LeRoy" Guernsey and Gladys Guernsey; his sons, Steven Guernsey and Mark Guernsey; his daughter-in-law Tremell Guernsey; his grandson Cris Harrell; and his sisters, Verta "Billie" Tolly, Wilda "Boots" Rowley and Bonnie Tolly.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Guernsey; his children, Elaine Guernsey, Dottie Prince, Marilyn Harrell (Tom) and Gordon Guernsey (Tana); his grandchildren, William, Angela, Randy (Trista), Julie, Chelly, Dalton (Nicole), Zachary and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Lacie, Alivia, Elizebeth, Havanna, McKinley, Charlie and Tyler; and his sister Coralee Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
