He was predeceased by: his father Joe Parks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Robinson; his mother Mary Anita Parks (Millsap); his brother David Parks (Doris); his nephew Aaron Parks; his niece Amy Parks; and his great-niece Addison Parks.
