He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Evans and Mable Evans (Longstreth); and his brother Tom Evans. He is survived by: his children, Robert Ptasznik (Nora), Rebecca Gohm (Mike) and Raymond Ptasznik (Kayse); his grandchildren, Johnathon Gohm, Michael Gohm, Briana Ptasznik, Krista Parsons, Elizabeth Lovett, Olivia Lovett, Brandon Ptasznik, Addiken Longoria, Lucas Ptasznik and Julia Lovett; and his siblings, Wayne Evans, Robert Evans, Sandra Calhoun, David Evans and Tim Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Hall - Kokotovich Beaverton (430 Ross St, Beaverton, MI 48612). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Beaverton Library.
