He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Szymczak and Stella Szymczak (Kososki); his wife Ann Trumble; and his daughter Cindy. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Ortiz (Samuel), Douglas Simsack (Sheila), Keith Simsack (Sally) and Scott Simsack (Amy); his grandchildren, Amy, Brandon, Ashley, Aaron, Jacob, Nathan, Gracie and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Noah, Haylee, Marianah and Sade; and his siblings, Sophie August and John Simsack.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Strong Tower Radio in Ed's honor.
