He was predeceased by: his wife Alvina; his brothers, Clyde and Jay; and his nephews, Robert C. Workman (Janice), Bill and David Workman.

He is survived by: his nephew Dale Workman; and his niece Shawnda Workman. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
