With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna M. Cook of Beaverton, Michigan, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Crosby and Esther Crosby (Stansbury); her husband Charles Cook; and her sister Barbara Simmons. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Clemens and Stephani Mason (Joshua); and her siblings, Sandra Campbell (Jay) and Mike Crosby.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made according to the wishes of the family.
