She was predeceased by: her father Maynard Holmes. She is survived by: her mother Barbera McMahon; her stepfather Homer; her children, Shawna Susalla (Michael), Christopher Machinski, Jaime O'Neil (Matthew), Eva Lyle (Joshua) and Lindsay Wentworth; her grandchildren, Hunter, Kenna Selena, Christian, Jayden, Connor and Aurora; and her siblings, Randy Holmes (Denise), Peggy Hendricks, Ronnie Holmes and Mark McMahon.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
