He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stillwagon; his daughter Kelsey Frank (John); his grandchildren, Skylinn Anne and Lakely Kae; and his siblings, Kathy Burgess (James), Darren Allbee, Marlene Akiyama (Kelly) and Thelma Allbee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
