She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Cornell and Belva Cornell; her spouse Stanley Kory; her child Susan Elali; and her siblings, Nettie, Margarette, Harold, Herbert and Archie.

She is survived by: her children, Andrew Kory (Rhonda), Allen Kory (Pam), Rose Garvie, Bridget Kile (Paul), John Garvie, Charles Garvey (Stacey) and Tom Garvie (Debbie).
