He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Miller and Alice Miller; his siblings, Dareld and Marlene Thompson; his wife Margaret Churchill (Marge); his children, Tammy Rhoades, Lori Miller (Tim Strait) and William "Billy" Miller II; his grandchildren, Whitney Eckhoff (Ryan), Camden Rhoades, Alana Strait and Katrina Moenning (Ryan); and his great grandchild Ameilia Eckhoff.
