He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ursum and Bernadine Ursum (Gielczyk); and his brothers-in-law, Phil "Bones" Jans and Thomas Steinberg. He is survived by: his wife Amy Ursum; his sons, Christopher Ursum and Jeremy Ursum; his daughter-in-law Kellie Kober; his daughter Amanda Ursum; his grandsons, Ivan and Ethan Jewel; his siblings, Dan (Mary Lou Ursum), Karen (Richard Reed) and Nancy Jans (Al Garber); and his parents-in-law, Beverly Saylor, Jamie and Tracy Grabowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as close friends that we consider extended family.
