It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce MacKin of Bear Lake, Michigan, born in Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Spoor and Garnet Spoor (Griffiths); her son Jimmy Mackin; her parents-in-law, Frieda and William Mackin; and her siblings, Roland, Dick, Ardith, Sharol and Joan.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick Mackin; her children, Daniel Mackin (Stephanie), Michael Mackin (Bobbilyn), Karen Groenwald (Grant) and David Mackin (Theresa); her grandchildren, Jenny Fowler (Kevin), Brittany Mackin (Kyle Jasper), Brandon, Clark, Olyvia, Quillan, Asheton, Keera Groenwald, Ashley, Mickey, Orion, Craig, Max, Simon, Madison, Justin, Garret, Allison and Abigail Mackin; and her close friend Maggie Hall.
