He is survived by: his spouse Shelly Rose Scott; his children, Shannon Ruiz (Robert) of Texas City, Lynn Leffew (Charlie Smith) of Morris, Heather Scott (Craig Herkner) of Thompsonville, Dan Leffew (Annie) of Springdale, Jeremy Leffew (Brittany) of Orange and Carolyn Leffew of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Quila, Kylie, Devon, Kinzie, Brayden, Harlie, Charlie, Kyle, Reno, Alyviah, Marissa, Caden, Micah, Kaylie, Mary, Ian and Kylee; his great grandchildren, Raven, Luna and Wesson; his brother James "Jim" Leffew of Rapid City; and his cousins, Josh, Marc and Kris. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
