He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Tebo (Dean) of Onaway, MI, Karinne Rauch (Ward) of Cheboygan, MI and Kelly Jo Carter of Peoria, AZ; his grandchildren, Landon, Brayden, Lily, Ryder, Alia and Anna; and his siblings, Tom Carter (Camille), Amy Sanchez, Angie Carter (Maria Kotsiopoulou) and Linda Carter.
