He was predeceased by: his father Nijay Sprague; and his siblings, Russel, Edwin, Harold, Gilbert and Mary Turmell.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Pallas; his children, LuAnn Brown of Caro, Sherry Leipprandt (Phil Sr.) of Sand Point and Kellie Sprague of Caseville; his grandchildren, Rebecca Brown, Aaron Brown, Dr. Philip Leipprandt Jr. (Tabatha), Christopher Leipprandt (Kimberly), Cody Leipprandt (Samantha) and Jandi Nickerson-Prich (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Eli and Reid Leipprandt; and his sister Delores Mitchell of Pigeon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
