He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Menzel and Vera Menzel; and his sister Audrey Stagray. He is survived by: his wife Gail Flamion of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, Dewayne, Adam and Lou (Kim); his grandchildren, Chase and Cassidy; and his sisters, Harriet Bruce (Jim) and Dorothy Deming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Champagne Funeral Chapel (7356 Michigan Ave, Pigeon, MI 48755). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (9476 Kilmanagh Rd, Sebewaing, MI 48759).
