He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Guilds and Wanda Guilds (Clemons); his daughter Denise Mary Guilds; and his sister Shirley Coulter. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Guilds (Peggy) of Webville, KY and Dawn Guilds of Raceland, KY; his grandchildren, David W. Guilds (Valarie), D. J. Guilds (Andrea), Morgan Guilds and Kamron Horton; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Katie, Soren and Corbin.
Memorial donations may be given to the family or the Sebewaing American Legion Post #293.
