He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Biskner and Angeline Biskner (Rytlewski); his brothers, George "Jerb" Biskner (Kay), Larry Biskner, Richard Biskner (Marlene) and Thomas Biskner; and his brother-in-law Gary Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Anquetil-Biskner (Harris); his children, Lynann Castellano (Nick), Albert Anquetil (Marilyn), Janet Anquetil and Rob Anquetil (Shelli); his siblings-in-law, Rita Biskner, Diane Biskner, Sharon Harris, Kieth Harris (Judy) and Randy Harris (Peggy); and his pet Kandi. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in William's name to the Activity Center at Huron Woods Nursing Center.
