He is survived by: his mother Susan Makidon (Klass); his father-in-law Ron; his stepmother Deborah Carmichael; and his siblings, Lori Letts (Mark), Amanda Hudeck (Aaron), Gerry Makidon (Dawn), Paul Makidon, Jennifer Farmer (Mike) and Jason Makidon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
