He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Appold and Malinda Appold (Eichinger); his mother-in-law Dolores Appold; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Rauschert and Tony Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Appold; his children, Andrew Appold (Heather), Tyler and Rachel Appold; his siblings, Dorothy Martin and Gary Appold (Linda); his father-in-law Erhardt Appold; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Appold (Sandy) and Cindy Rauschert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
