He was predeceased by: his mother Dawn; his uncle Bob Hammerbacher; and his grandmother Marge Hammerbacher. He is survived by: his children, Haley Katt (R. J.) and Theodore Katt Jr. (Amber); his grandchildren, Rylan and Theodore; his sisters, Wendy, Lynn and Peggy; his close friends, Justin (Ashley), Randi (Doug) and Lonnie; and his pets, Frappe and Chino.
