She was predeceased by: her husband Jack W. Porter; her parents, Robert Smith and Arlie Smith (Hoppe); her siblings, Paul Frank (Buddy) and Judith Elam; and her stepson Daniel Porter.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Clarke (Bruce) of Windsor Canada; her son Robert Porter; her stepchildren, Cynthia Porter Janes (Mark), Patrick Porter (Darcy) and Remi Porter Troupe; and her grandchildren, Joshua Edwards, Stacey Schuel (Craig), Tracey Porter, Robert Fox III, Audrey Porter, Mary Catherine Fox, Nicholas Porter (Megen) and Steven Troupe. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
