He was predeceased by: his sister Moore. He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Smith; his stepsons, Joshua Erica Walworth, Aaron Nicole Walworth and Zachary Walworth; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen, Karlee, Gideon and Rosalie Walworth; and his siblings, IV Clark, Sayen and JC Smith. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
