She was predeceased by: her father Jay Schulz. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte "Johnson" Schulz; her husband Tom Sullivan; her children, Dan Decuf (Jodi), Cristin Gougeon (Jereme Henderson) and Eric Sullivan; her grandchildren, Jaden, Joseph Decuf and Malaya Gougeon; and her siblings, Fred Schulz, Mike Schulz and Nina Lohr (Gary).
