With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharon L. Metevia (Bay City, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ernest and Ellen Alice Alma Mielens (Meyer); her siblings-in-law, Burt VanPelt, Rogers Metevia and Sandra Rigg; her nephews, Richard Rigg, Joe Rigg and Brett Alvesteffer; and her niece Debbie Thomas.
She is survived by: her significant other Dennis J. Metevia; her children, Aric J. Metevia (Renee), Tara L. Burley (Patrick) and Jason L. Metevia (Kelly); her siblings, Ronald Mielens (Chris), Judy Black (Ron), Laurie Allison (Mike), Gail Alvesteffer (Tom) and Sherry Mielens; her grandchildren, Nathan Metevia, Mason Burley, Katelyn Metevia, Cooper Burley, Madelyn Burley, Brielle Metevia and Blaire Metevia; and her sisters-in-law, Betty VanPelt and Sheron Metevia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (300 N Sheridan St, Bay City, MI 48708).
