Sharon A. Fogelsinger Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon A. Fogelsinger (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard "Barney" Gang and Elizabeth "Betty" Gang (Moore); her husband James A. Fogelsinger; and her sister-in-law Marie Alarie. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue DeRogatis (Phil), Mary Fogelsinger-Huss (Bill) and Dr. Amy McCarthy (Kevin); her grandchildren, Dr. Andi DeRogatis (Kyle Cordes), Dr. Julia DeRogatis (Nick Foy), Maggie Huss (Ryan Haley), Sam Huss (Shannon), Daniel McCarthy (Emma), Kelly McCarthy (Mike Compton), Dr. Claire McCarthy and Erin Thompson (Maxwell); and her siblings, Sandy Lamkin (Jim) and Greg Gang (Miley). She is also survived by two great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Sharon was a member of the United Way RSVP and their quilting and knitting groups.
