She was predeceased by: her parents, George Quick and Audrey Quick (Grove); her husband Larry Jacob; her brother Terry Quick; and her brother-in-law Milton Lutren.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Jacob (Mary) and David Jacob; her grandsons, Nathan Jacob, Nolan Jacob, Jacob Jacob, Christopher Jacob, David Jacob and Benjamin Jacob; and her sister Patricia Lutren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
