Ross William Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, at the age of 100, Ross William Brown (Bay City, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Erwin and Susan Brown (Rudell); his daughter Dianne Grabke; and his fiancée Dolores Honsinger (Dolly). He is survived by: his former spouse Virgial Mae Fagerlie (Virg); his children, Nancy Hiller (Alex) of Lake Orion, Dorothy McAllen of Bay City, Kathleen Packowski of Troy, Karen Brown-Fackler (Dave Crook) of Bay City, Ross Wayne Brown of Bay City and Marilyn Hoerauf of Grand Blanc; his former wife Cecelia Irish (Cindy); his family, Rose McGee of Indianapolis, Art Irish (Dione) of Bay City and Phillip Irish (Tiffany Chan) of Bay City; his daughter Terri Pelton; and his granddaughters, Shelly Ann Osterhout and Shannon Marie McAllen. He is also survived by 11 children, 19 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (103 E Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Westminster Presbyterian Church or a charity of one's choice.
