He is survived by: his wife Elaine H. Jozwiak; his daughters, Pamela Vasquez (Albert) and Jill Krzysiak (Donnie); his grandchildren, Megan and DJ; his siblings, Joan Eurich and Randy Cianek (Mary Jo); and his siblings-in-law, John Jozwiak (Pamela) and Barb Urban (Ken). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
