He is survived by: his daughter Mindy Johnson (Timothy Stewart); his siblings, Tim Ward (Peggy), Joy L. Bishop and Lori Campbell (Bill); and his close friends, John Hill (Donna) and Mark Geno. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and so many special friends.
