She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bowman and Adah Bowman (Sweet); her husband Robert Woody; and her brother Harold Bowman (Marie). She is survived by: her sons, Dean Woody (Julie LaFramboise), Blair Woody (Sylvia Cadena) and Clark Woody (Debra Kant); her grandchildren, Eric Woody, Alex Woody, Kendra Laatz (Jeff), Melissa (Mike Schmidt) and Matthew LaFramboise; and her great grandchildren, Haeden Laatz, Sydney, Sophie and Jacob Schmidt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests donations in Phyllis's memory to the Bay City Players.
