It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Lou (Kochanny) Slachta of Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her half-brother Todd Ferranti. She is survived by: her parents, William Kochanny and Joy Kochanny (Walsh); her sons, Tanner Kochanny-Rosinski (Kristin McCullogh) and Channing Kochanny-Slachta (Brooke Strawn); her sister Juli Kochanny; her niece Amber Joy Kochanny; and her pets, Macy, Piggy and Simba.
