She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lewandowski and Hannah Lewandowski (Alles); her son Timothy Chislea; and her siblings, Gail Hebert and Harold "Sonny" Lewandowski.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Gatza (David Sr.); her granddaughter Colleen Skrzypczak (Josh); her great grandchildren, Samantha Laskowski (David), Kayla Horton (Cody) and Sophia Skrzypczak; her great great grandchildren, Alivia Skrzypczak, Paisleigh Horton and Dax Laskowski; her brother Gary Lewandowski (Cheryl); and her sister-in-law Sandra Lewandowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trahan Funeral Chapel (256 N Madison Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests donations in Pat's memory to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish.
