She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Gatza (David Sr.); her granddaughter Colleen Skrzypczak (Josh); her great grandchildren, Samantha Laskowski (David), Kayla Horton (Cody) and Sophia Skrzypczak; her great great grandchildren, Alivia Skrzypczak, Paisleigh Horton and Dax Laskowski; her brother Gary Lewandowski (Cheryl); and her sister-in-law Sandra Lewandowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests donations in Pat's memory to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish.
