He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmetario Sevilla and Guadalupe Sevilla (Lopez); his daughter Lydia Salinas (Peter, Sr.); his son-in-law Tom Gray; and his siblings, Emmett Sevilla, Jr., Lewis Sevilla, Georgia Velasquez and Mary Ceja.
He is survived by: his significant other Angelita Aquirre; his children, Lucy Garcia (Bob), Linda Sevilla (Kris Snow), Lisa Gray, Leonie Velasquez (Tom) and Paul Sevilla (Jan); his son-in-law Ernie Velasquez; his siblings, Beverly Honeck, Margaret Sevilla, Frances Wright (Gary), Terry Rocha (Raul), Larry Sevilla and Pepe Sevilla; and his friend Roland. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trahan Funeral Chapel (256 N Madison Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A vigil service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Thaddeus Parish (614 Pine St, Essexville, MI 48732).
Visiting hours will be at Trahan Funeral Chapel on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Vigil Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m., and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Charitable contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
