She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Stevens; her husband Thomas W. Carlson; her son Glen Carlson; her grandsons, Brady Rase and Sean Martin; and her brother Ray "Randy" Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Carlson (Michele), Bridget Carlson (Jim) and David Carlson (Melissa); her grandchildren, Kellen (Sheila), Dettrick (Marissa), Jade, Andrew (Candice) and Nicholas (Kim); her siblings, Emma Barber (Norm), Daniel Stevens (Sharon), Eve Ellen "Babe" Horn (Gray) and Bob Gray; her sister-in-law Marie Schroeder; her friend Todd Bowker; and her cousin Lori. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Squires Funeral Home (211 N Henry St, Bay City, MI 48706). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nathan Widener Center, a cause Norma would have been proud to support.
